i see this as BIG + for 2 reasons
1) as they are accumulating at market prices - if price goes down - they win (they can buy more small packets of a TOP share) if price goes up - they win (their portfolio makes gains) - i hope they keep buying
2) the trickle is a BUY not a SELL
