being both a big OXR holder and not so big HDR holder I must say that I have never compared the 2 stocks

HDR will always carry the soverign risk discount, and it needs to get some EBITDA runs on the board before people take it seriously. OXR has leveraged its top class management to give the people confidence, HDR has a way to go.

I intend to add more HDR, but not until it can convincingly clear the 2.30 to 2.50 channel. I suspect there will be a lot of churning around in there - maybe 12 months plus
