the reason behind this whole mess is because of a thing called the credit crisis.
bottom line, market does not like debt.
proof ... property trusts, investment banks, highly leveraged coy's (WES) = all hammered
on the other hand we have WOW who has conservative debt levels (that could be reapid within 1 year if divies where suspended). Near recession proof business, we still need to eat. market leader in its industry. AND lets not forget the falling interest rate = increased NP.
WOW trading at 3.7% F.F divie yeild will look cheap once interest rates fall below 3%
