Funny but true Zacma. My choice of car stems from enjoyment of driving and I guess I fell in love with German cars on my first which was a Porche 944 Turbo S (fun car and for me had bullet proof reliability). Kept the car for a decade before moving on to Bmw as needed something more "practical". For anyone out there ever thinking of purchasing, their 6 cylinder models are their most reliable and I'd never buy one of their v8's which is a money pit (briefly dabbled with a Holden Calais VE V8 which surprisingly was a good car but the wife wasn't a fan). As my mechanic says, BMW are 7 years ahead of the rest but that doesn't translate to reliability when you are on the cutting edge. If I want reliability I should probably get a Toyota.
Enough of cars and personal life choices. Let's hope our investment in FAR is a good choice and gives us the option to follow our passions whatever they may be.
