The only thing this company has ever mined has been its shareholders pockets.

Lots of people probably stuck in here from the last 'big' run around 1 to 1.2c.

Buyer beware.

Is the money they are raising enough to pay to get Costefield back in operation or is it just to pay for the costs of printing the next prospectus....

Last I heard DGM (which also has enough scrip to sink the Bismarck - in fact if I remember correctly it has the most scrip on issue of an Aussie listed Co) were busy turning themselves into a pure coal play. Maybe they are playing the market with AGZ stock also. Make announcement, sell high, say nothing price drifts back, buy low etc....
