Zoomy good point you make. After reading the deal with DRX one can't help but think that DH and his party are doing the right thing. I would rather wait another 2 years than hand over everything... It must be my young age and being impatient and all that. I could name of plenty of co's who over pay their Directors and so on. Our time in the sun will come and I'm sure DH will bring the riches to it's shareholders.
