I would hazard a guess this cornerstone investor has been watching very closely for the last 6-9 months what BBI's situation is. It is perfect timing for him. Wait, wait wait until the alarm bell is about to ring...and it's not Mr Whippy!
Some of you good people don't realize how close BBI were/are to being gone. Why do you think the banks only rolled over that $205M for three months from July 30? There was no further extension coming and BBI know that and more importantly the cornerstone investor knows it.
