It's all speculation. It is obvious the NAV will drop dramatically though. If you're raising $700M and your market cap is $200M, well... there is a short back and sides coming.
That doesn't mean the price will stay down forever. The market might love the deal and the stock could fly to 25c. Who knows until we see the deal in full?
What I would like to own right now is SPARCS especially if the deal involves a rights issue that caps the upside short term.
