41 US states have full recourse loans. These, like the 9 others, had their real estate markets decimated.
Ireland is full recourse
Spain is full recourse
I don't really understand how people keep posting the US full recourse myth over and over again, using it as some powerful argument that it could never happen here. Just shows how pitiful the defensive bull discourse has become. Better to talk about mythical shortages and the number of cranes.
