he also makes the point, but does not expand or extend it... with the new financial crisis, the international investors...mainly chinese, will be out here buying property....again I will add, just like they did in 07/08, when they parked their cash here...whilst the rest of the world crashed around them... in the meantime, they have been concentrating on buying our farms, for mining.....which is wrong....labor selling out OZ to foreign owners.....which is not allowed anywhere in the rest of the world...
they are also heavily involved in buying commercial property... the current govt is not interested in providing cheap housing for australians,... nor are they interested in the welfare of most australians... please feel free to enjoy all the new taxes they are trying to impose, to make your life even harder...
I say the demographer mentioned in my post earlier today... has a better grasp on our brave new world....and where some will find an opportunity, or come to grips with the changes required to adapt..... he has answers for those interested in property
