2. there are repeatable patterns that can indicate movements in the market, i would suggest looking into it, if you are trading.
Of course FA will always rule, but putting news aside (you cant predict if/when they will find something or sign an offtake agreement for example) but TA does hold a place in trading, particularly for picking entries and exits.
