I am watching the discussion at the moment.

I've lost some IQ listening to the some of the Green responses. One female MEP (green) stipulated that Nuclear should not be in the EU Taxonomy because it will take 15 years to build a reactor and too expensive compared to Renewables (Nuclear/Gas is for 7 year transitional period).

It is 50/50. Science MEP members + France, Slovakia, Finland, Italy clearly pro nuclear for industry.

The problem here is Nuclear and Gas have been bundled together, may be dragged down by Gas.
Some are okay with "Transitional" Label, but do not like "Sustainable" label.

Green MEP members some are in shorts, and T-Shirts saying no; because literally "think of the children", we hate Putin.

There have literally been MEP members which will vote against nuclear because they themselves do not have any Nuclear Industry, and literally implied only France will benefit.

Another Green MEP said where will we find Uranium in Europe.

Another Green MEP said Britain is paying X price per kW, it will not be that cheap for Europe.

There are a lot MEP which are anti-France, and anti-Putin.
