I think I'd rather park my money elsewhere.
IMO NT is a no go zone. The native title bs drags on & on. Not due to the indigenous folk. It's the white buggers that represent them.
My experience was with VRM (verdant minerals) One of the biggest phosphate discoveries ever. Sold for a pittance before they went broke. Native title bs never gave them a chance.
I think I'd rather park my money elsewhere. IMO NT is a no go...
