we have 2 major funds URA and URNM. Both own underlying uranium companies. Both own shares in 20 Aust and international uranium companies. Both twice a year have to rebalance there holdings to either buy or sell certain amounts of units in there associated underlying holdings to retain the adequate percentages or units in there trust.

So starting with Kazatoprom from Khazakstan or Cameco from the US take up the biggest holdings, and say AGE, LOT AEE EL8 have smaller percentages in these trusts. Over the past week, URA etf share price has been rising, which in short means more money flowing into the etf therefore the trusts have to buy more of there underlying holdings to retain percentages in there trust.

so the trusts has twice per year to have the underlying assets rebalanced. So EG all week LOT and AGE have had plenty of big action and look at the course of sales of LOT today and yesterday. Every minute or 2 a few thousand shares were bought and it got more and more aggressive as the wee went on. So URA had by the end of today to get there fill. And in the closing auction massive buy orders came on the screen. It happens twice a year with both etfs and today 10% on both stocks were made.

so next if we have URNM coming to rebalance if we are falling into the rebalance date, it may indicate the opposite.
