A few weeks ago I wrote to Republic Consulting/NBS asking them amongst other things about contracting party(s) to Chinese Contract. I have received no reply. It now appears NBS have confirmed to a journalist or other third party that the contracting party is an entity with a 10% Chinese Govt interest. For NBS to describe this contract as a Chinese Government contract is deceptive notwithstanding what NBS may have believed both at time of previous announcements & now.
