Note how by using the word "for" they have neglected to mention WHO the contract is with.

However they have slipped up at least once on paper. When the contract win was announced to the ASX, the subject line of the letter from Dykes read:

Technology Licence Agreement with Chinese Government

Even with this the company could wiggle around and say we never said Nexbis had a TLA with Chinese Government, it was CITP which had the TLA with the Government.
