Giving porn websites (any website actually) enough privs to access your pc video is generally a super bad idea. IMHO this sounds like a desired Govt surveillance/thought crime plan using DV/SA as an excuse. Once in place then expand to things like "X" (take that Elon!!!) The increased use of strangulation is interesting considering that is also a common female sexual fetish. It's also effective in subduing a weaker opponent without the brutality of beating them.
