    I agree, its a parental responsibility.

    but kids will still be explorers just as they are in real life. as soon as a parent is off to do the laundry or other task, we can't be looking over their shoulders constantly, the kids will be sharing stuff with their mates and talking about sex and other adult interests.

    and how does any of this bar kids from sites with extremist themes such as IS propaganda and radicalisation sites? even parental management of kids internet activities can't stop kids being interested in finding out what its all about.
