Depends how much is new money, i.e., additional to last years annual budget.
And I think a decent chunk of it is just increasing the daily rate of care by $10/day or so.
Not sure how much is either directly for assistive tech or care packages that could allocate some $ to Intelicare.
Any new $ can't hurt though.
