Actually there are. We are each going to grow old.

The ABC and Fairfax have done an excellent job of investigating this issue and driving it to the top of public debate.

The so called "lefty media" actually do a lot of good for the benefit of all.

We should be fair about it instead of expecting media to always be compliant towards industry and vested interests.

Remember it was the ABC and Fairfax media which combined, did the same thing with the banks and other financial institutions, including the life insurance scams.

Let's not over-use labels. We've got an increasingly divided society where instead of looking at the facts, we label eachother and various groups.

What I meant was the people in these facilities don't have any political clout. Compared to many other interest groups.

I agree with you about the ABC their work re the banking royal commission and now this aged care issue has been outstanding.

I am concerned though about why they seem to be doing all these joint investigations with Fairfax.

As a taxpayer funded entity they should stay Completely Neutral and Independent.
