Don't forget "Yes Minister"The public service provide all the information of lack thereof to Parliament, there are plenty of them sitting in cozy offices but are they earning their money with the proper advice ?
From my limited contact with Aged Care Home they do not appear to have any rules to follow or oversight as to how they spend the government grants and the clients money
Maybe look into their profits before you blame the Gov for low wages
Any operation without (proper) oversight will be unlikely to be good
