what Australians have not worked out yet is that if you own a house 20 years ago and you still own the house now

you are only as well off now as you were 20 years ago, all else being equal


It’s irrelevant if the price tag was 10 bucks 20 years ago and the price tag is now 10 million bucks

it’s still just a home

the odd one in areas which change in popularity may differ

but popularity can come and go

they are all just houses
