Making excuses for the perpetrators of crimes and especially violent crimes is rubbish.
Stop mucking around tough long punishments needed and bring back the electric chair.
This fannying about just makes things worse for the decent people.
Victims should be no1 to be looked after when it comes to crime.
Not the criminals.
