I don't like crims or dole bludgers either. But I don't like house, contents, car, life, medical insurance either. It is the price you pay to stop your granny getting beaten up. Sure you may catch the crim but that doesn't help granny lying in her hospital bed or worse.

Think about it.............take away every single cent from these low lifes and what will they do?. They have nothing to lose..............Break in, steal, beat up granny. There is not been a western government for centuries that has cut off hands for stealing. Even the pommy convicts only got a few years.

Paying dole doesn't entirely stop crime. but sure as hell it helps.

We need a pool of unemployed. Even the business council agrees. Otherwise it is runaway wage spiral with every business trying to poach staff.
