Hi, all, i got in BPC again at 57 cents as my brokers say this is buying opportunity and as soon as sales of the herbs and spices division become realised, this share will be valued more than 40% higher than current price.

I remember that financial review mentioned that with sales of that division enable BPC to be valued 60 %, but i think that this is too optimistic.....but i'll see this share fairly valued at 85 censt....

Investment View (over the next 12 months) - Underlying cost savings and productivity performance have exceeded the planned schedule, but the expensing of acquisition integration costs has affected earnings. BPC's success will depend on results from FY05. High debt and the speed of repayment are an issue for many investors- the possible sale of the Herbs and Spices Division would accelerate this process. There is potential for positive earnings surprise. Our valuations are above the current share price. We maintain our BUY recommendation.
