Milestone 4 – Execute an IP License Agreement with an upfront payment of no less than$500,000.
Until This milestone is achieved - The share price and market capitalisation will be purely based on speculation.
Achieving Milestone 4 will not be as easy as many here has stated
The other 3 in house Milestones mean nothing unless they can secure revenues and earnings going forward.
Milestone 4 will be the beginning of acceptance and acknowledgement of the BC technology and even then it will depend of the type and quality of the agreements going forward.
After Milestone 3 is achieved there will be around 700m shares on issue with only around 50m performance shares yet to be issued
