    I think the fact that PTD wanted to merge with AGX says alot about AGX as PTD had many comnpanies they could choose from to merge with.

    It looks to me that it was PTD initiated the merger agreement and AGX made the decision not to go ahead,
    all in all it shows that AGX has a great business plan and capable management to execute it.

    Just bought some this morning @ $0.67

    What are other peoples thoughts on this stock, Will it hold $0.61 for support?
