nothing more than AGY are waiting for a sign off regarding the the extension of the mining contract.
my info suggests that its all positive.
when you are dealing with a Govt and all their legal boys then we have the delay that we dont want, but unfortunately thats the way the legal system works.
Look at the govt of aust. and any deals with them------- months
