I agree 100% with this, a sale stat is required to register wotever is going on (besides the overstock)
How would you feel if I was to say that,IMHO, the stock quantities themselves are significantly understated,
the removal of, lapse -stale property's, agent resignation, etc etc are very real
I think its so close, I can smell it, it aint good
