agents soliciting intrest

I sold my 3 units within the last 3 months. I have being looking to purchase my first house in the lower north shore/inner west area of Sydney. Until recently, agents only did an initial call back on viewing to gain potential interest. To date I have being only being indicating to them figures of approx $50k+ below their valuation as my area of interest. The calls were very short.
Things have definitely changed. They now call two or three times regarding a particular property. The calls are a lot longer as they seek to convince me to purchase. They are a hell of a lot more polite.
I think I will wait a little while. My 6% in the bank looks safer for the moment.
