Had a recap through the news to refresh my own memory as well.
All I could find was 2017 with no actual dates (please correct me if I am wrong).
My thoughts are basically it's the start of the 4th month, times ticking.
These guys have had this time to get the planing well organised for any drilling.
So maybe a bit of newshas not become main stream yet but not to far away, if that makes sense.
Like I said *just my thoughts*
Not to mention if I was planing a drilling campaign
The Arnhem Land region has tropical hot and dry seasons, with thunderstorms, heavy rain and flooding occurring from October through to March. This is followed by a dry cooler period between April and September. Food for thought ?
