Agf investment

hi guys, I have just discovered this stock. I understand it's an investment fund of amp paying a dividend yield of about 95%.

Is this too good to be true or does these funds have a limited life span?? If I was to buy this stock today at 35.5c then why can't I just sit on it collecting dividends every year??? Is the company have a date it's suppose to be delisted or something??
