For some considerable time a group of day traders have been selling down heavy on the good news, then buying back heavy on the cheap, to start the ball rolling again.
From where I sit Neo has massive upside and it is a great pity some Neo holders are being panicked into selling. Particularly, when they just receive what is clearly excellent news.
