Dejavu have you ever seen a manager explain his selling as the companies prospects are falling, we're going backwards etc?

If not do you really think that managers never sell for this reason or that they do but just refuse to give the real reason?

Of course I'm not suggesting that 3 director selling notices in 2 days is for the hypothetical reasons stated above.

When TGA gets above $2 it's getting into shorting territory for me.
