So your willing to see the share price drop below 8.5 cents after the offer closes?
You may have to wait a long time until bpt try and mop up the rest. If bpt have 60% and vpe 20% there isn't too many more shareholders waiting for a higher offer. The liquidity of the stock there after will also make it difficult to trade.
