PetroAtlantic hunts Petrobras assets
PetroAtlantic Energy, a new company founded by the former head of Portugal’s Galp Energia, is still in the running to buy three Brazilian offshore assets from Petrobras, but financing the $1.7 billion bid remains a major obstacle.
