I hold nearly a million Althea Group unlisted options exercisable at 0.03. Obviously I'd like to convert them to shares, since they are solidly in the money. I'm sure there are lots of others who would also like to do that and it would inject some decent extra liquidity into the company.
However... I have received no documentation ever from Althea that I own the options (from the most recent capital raise) and 3 emails and two phone messages about conversion have all gone unanswered.
My questions are
1/ Is anyone else in the same position as me, or has anyone discovered a way to communicate with this alleged company?
2/ Does Althea have the most incompetent investor relations of any company on the ASX?
