Yes I believe shareholders should be VOTING AGAINST the issue of these options
All existing holders (most of whom are still at a massive loss) were not offered the chance to participate so why should sophisticated investors most of whom have probably dumped the stock already now be given a free hit at some deeply in the money options
It provides NO additional capital to the company as they intended to be tradable which means the company only gets the funds "potentially" in 2 years time yet the investors can realize another quick profit ?
