that is the reality of the situation.
it was not explained to holders before the vote.
if Novamatic did the same thing to a company in the US without declaring the true implications, the whole board would be behind bars.

it doesn't sound right to you intuitively now, but the bird has already flown anyway, so all you can do is dependent on how you voted- if you said "yes', then i have no sympathy for you, as i have been warning holders now for a long time.

if you said "no", then you are exactly what AGI needs, but the bottom line is that you are still getting burnt for doing the honorable course of action.
