look Mr savvy- today the SP tanked because management promised , but failed to deliver.
now we all have to wait to FEB 17 until further guidance and actual results, but in the mean time, we know that management love to put a spin on things as their proverbials are at great risk, so today surprise, surprise, they announce that everything will be rosy by next year.

anyone who takes heed of their diatribe guidance predictions, needs counseling.

a T/O is probably out of reach by Nova, as too many affluent suckers with huge holdings paid too much for it and you always have the 10% block vote by Len's family.
so all that Nova can do is to use the paid up licences thanks to AGI, and sell their own machines as they get a 100% return, not 53%.

that said, the long term goal of Nova is to wait until Len kicks the bucket or at least becomes totally demented, and as long as the Will of his Estate does not stipulate any conditions of sale of AGI, then the family may see reason and sell their soul to the devil-Novamatic.
