It makes his predecessors look like incapable buffoons, by using executive orders to carry out the wishes of the people (except California lol) and to launch beta versions of campaigned policy.

Some "customers" shouldn't be "customers", Trump is getting his segmentation right... US Citizens are his preferred market - now there's a novelty.

This executive order stuff is very powerful. Yes there's diplomacy required somewhere in there, but for now some bleeding edge politics seems to be in play. Agility in Politics!
