Always great to see someone on here with such obvious corporate experience to identify that the beginning of the end of the country's largest oil and gas company has nothing to do with the long term dynamics of the oil and gas market (or even their ability to execute their next major offshore development platform) but instead they are doomed to long term decline simply due to their decision to develop an equal opportunity program.
