It appears panthera finance buy the debt between 6-9c in the dollar which is industry standard so if the bill in question is for 649.00 and panthera purchase the debt off agl for approx 58.00 which is calculated at 9c in the dollar does that mean panthera will pocket the remaining difference of 591.00 as agl has sold them the debt for 58.00.
