pay, thereby producing an effective
alignment between shareholder and
executive outcomes. And for good
measure, a further bouquet for being
refreshingly candid and clear on the
content and measurement of short
term incentives. ASA commends
the AGL board and urges all other
companies to do a great deal more
than just take note.
