    Hi peejay, with MCB buying 11% of the company and thus aquiring voting rights then perhaps they don't think the vote is likely to get the 75 percent of votes cast.

    Does a strategic review indicate we are now open for decent take over offers or sale of parts of the business. Be nice if they could sell off the retail arm?

    Though of course we need to await official confirmation of a strategic review.
