A battery will clip surge pricing which is highly profitable for power stations. Overall the bigger concern I have is slowed Victorian economy leading to reduced energy consumption in the near term. I like it at this price and will buy more with ongoing declines. AGL is diversifying electricity generation sources and does have a decent brand ongoing.
