Like your thinking eight, and i could still factor a PE higher than 13 into my comfort zone.
But not on FY21 earnings. FY21 earnings are a mirage. In my opinion one needs to extrapolate on a minimum FY22 and better yet FY23 earnings.
I am using analysts consensus of FY 22/23 earnings.
I am using PE multiple, I am using Buffett Owner Earnings, I am using discounted cash flow. On all these numbers I am coming up with a share price under $10.
And depending which earnings valuation model, the justified future share price is significantly less than $10.
Like your thinking eight, and i could still factor a PE higher...
