If I remember correectly it has not yet been lifted. The date for the legislation has been set at about 24 Oct, I think.
I expect the price to jump as the premium is not yet in it, IMHO. I hold Santos which went through a similar change. Based on that experience I am expecting up to 50% on current pricing. I am probably wrong so do your own checking.
