The gross profit from T&O implies they have bought power from the coal plants.
Ie. the coal division earns revenue from the sale of power.
Therefore EBITDA for coal is revenue earned from sale of power - cost of generating power - allocated G&A etc.
I realise there are transfer pricing specifics which aren't clear but EBITDA is EBITDA.
It is clear the coal division loses $436m and the retail division makes $2b.
