Maybe all by design to show the shortfall on base load reliable energy gap thats going to occurr, would not be surprised after/if Trump wins and all this woke energy idealism eventually falls apart that Govts dont help paying for upgrade reopenings in the future till they realize U plants maybe be the way to go. We close while asian countries still building makes a lot of sense.
